Made in Israel: Why BDS is a Bad Idea

The State of Israel is roughly the size of New Jersey, and yet it has the largest number of start-up companies per capita in the world. Israel also has more companies listed on the Nasdaq Exchange than all of Europe. Following a documentary exploring the roots of Israeli innovation in agriculture, medicine, technology and other fields, BT's Israeli Shaliach, Haggai Lavie, will explain why Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) could be self-defeating even for those who advocate for it. Q&A and a wine and cheese reception will follow presentation.
