BT Middle and High School student art is currently on display through January 3rd at the Baltimore County Public Library's Pikesville branch.
Projects featured include:
• Ceramic coil pots (5th grade) • 3D papier mache initials, in the style of Peter Max, using recycled cardboard, papier mache and tempera paint (7th grade) • Ceramic coil tiles with Judaica theme (8th grade) • 3D assemblage inspired by Louise Nevelson, using mixed media, glued within wood frames and spray painted (11th grade) • Simulated blown glass group instillations in the style of Dale Chihuly, using coffee filters, recycled water bottles, papier mache paste and “bleeding” tissue paper. (7th and 8th grade)
