Coach Jeff Clarke inducted into Towson University Athletic Hall of Fame

On Friday, November 14, 2014, Coach Jeff Clarke, Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School’s Athletic Director, was inducted into the Towson University Athletic Hall of Fame. Coach Clarke was an Assistant Lacrosse Coach for Towson University’s Men’s Lacrosse team from 1975-1998. During that period, he had the privilege of coaching nearly 60 All-American players and participating in eight NCAA Division I playoffs. That included the 1991 Towson University Men’s Lacrosse team that played in the 1991 NCAA Final Four in the Syracuse Carrier Dome defeating the University of Maryland in the semi-finals then losing to the University of North Carolina in the National Championship game. The 1991 team will be inducted into the Towson University Hall of Fame Friday evening.

Although being inducted as a coach of the 1991 Lacrosse team, Coach Clarke is already a member of the Towson University Athletic Hall of Fame, as he was inducted many years ago as a player and captain of the 1974 National Championship Men’s Lacrosse team.
