Join Keshet Israel educator Kayla Ship for a careful reading of the story of David and Batsheva from 2 Samuel 11, highlighting the concept of Jewish political morality and the figure of David as a paradigm for teshuvah. In addition to the written text, we will look at "visual Midrash" to see how master painters have portrayed Batsheva, as well as listen to some contemporary music inspired by this well-known biblical story.
