UPDATE: High School's "Beauty and the Beast" Earns BT's First Best Musical Cappies Award


At the 2017 Cappies Awards, the cast and crew of BT High School's "Beauty and the Beast" production were recognized with 15 nominations, taking home two trophies:
  • Best Musical: Beauty and the Beast — BT's first-ever Best Musical Cappies award!
  • Marketing and Publicity: Ashley C. ‘18 and BT Publicity Team
The cast dedicated their award to a star of the BT stage, Ellie Goldenberg '12, who tragically died recently in a boating accident. The Cappies organization also gave a touching tribute to Ellie, who was a Cappies critic, award nominee and winner.
