2017 High School Awards Ceremony

The Beth Tfiloh High School community gathered to celebrate its students and recognize those whose "achievements and character are above and beyond," as Dr. Koplon described.

"We have to work hard to find the right balance between our capacity for humility and our feeling of pride," said Dr. Koplon at the awards ceremony. "I can honestly say that I am humbled by your accomplishments and proud to have you all as my students. Each and every one of you has found a way to shine...You have joined in, you have led, and you have come together as a community. You have lived up to some very rigorous expectations here and though there were stressful days and maybe even some sleepless nights, for the most part, you did it with modesty and with joy. Today is a celebration of all of you, all of your achievements, and all of your middot."
