Condolences to Frank Chartove on the loss of his wife, Ruth Chartove. The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 4 at 1 pm – graveside service at Beth Tfiloh cemetery. The family will be receiving visitors after the funeral thru Saturday at 1040 Deer Ridge Dr., Apt 103, Baltimore, MD 21210, 410-467-4262. No services are scheduled at the shiva house.
