Yoram served as Minister for Congressional Affairs – with the rank of Ambassador – at Israel’s Embassy in Washington, DC., Director of Israel’s Government Press Office, Israel’s Consul General to the Southwestern USA, and the Alabama Trade Representative in Israel. He is also co-founder of the America-Israel Demographic Research Group.
