Applying for Financial Aid

• Create FACTS Account

  To help our families meet their financial obligations, Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School uses the services of FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Program for financial aid (grades K-12). FACTS Management provides private schools with financial aid assessment via a secure web-based interface.  FACTS collects all the necessary data from families who apply for financial aid for the individual schools to review to make award decisions.  

   

  FACTS will conduct the financial need analysis for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. To ensure receiving a decision about your grant by Thursday, February 19, 2026 with your child/ren’s admission decision(s), families new to Beth Tfiloh will need to complete a FACTS application and submit the necessary supporting documentation, by Monday, January 15, 2026.
  
  

  Parents of prospective Beth Tfiloh students can apply online here. Please note that there is a $45 application fee.  We strongly encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.

• Submit required documentation to FACTS

  Your grant is based on your 2024 tax return. Submission of your tax forms may be faxed to FACTS at 866-315-9264. Please note: STATE OF MARYLAND TAX RETURN IS NOT REQUIRED 
  
  

  Please submit copies of all the following documents that apply to you: 

  • 2024 IRS Federal Form 1040 (Pages 1 & 2 Only) 1040 A or 1040EZ 
  • All supporting tax schedules if you have income from any of the following:
    • Business - (Form 1040 Line 12) Attach Schedule C or C-EZ and Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization
    • Rental Property – (Form 1040 Line 17) Attach Schedule E (Page 1)
    • S-Corporation – (Form 1040 Line 17) Attach Schedule E (Page 2), Form 1120S (4 Pages), Schedule K-1 and Form 8825
    • Partnership – (Form 1040 Line 17) Attach Schedule E (Page 2), Form 1065 (5 Pages), Schedule K-1 and Form 8825
    • Estates and Trusts – (Form 1040 Line 17) Attach Schedule E (Page 2), Form 1041 and Schedule
    • Supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF, if applicable.
