Beth Tfiloh Performing Arts Studio
A three-week program for performing students ages 7 to 15 (Grades 3 – 8). The Studio is designed to enrich the performing arts student in all areas of a theatrical production as well as perform in a full production of a musical. The Studio includes morning workshops in various areas of theatre training; improvisation, movement, vocal, acting, and makeup. These workshops are taught by the Beth Tfiloh Studio staff as well as guest artist instructors. The afternoon is comprised of the rehearsals (Dance, Vocal, Staging) needed to teach the show.
Technical Theatre Studio Component
Beth Tfiloh Studio also enrolls students into a technical theatre component of the camp. The technical theatre students help design and construct the set for the studio performance as well as work in all areas of production including lighting, sound, stage crew, follow spot, and digital projections. Space is limited in the technical theatre component of the Summer Studio.
