Join us for a lively and engaging series with Rabbi Shlomo Horwitz where the story of the Exodus comes alive in ways you’ve probably never heard before! We’ll explore surprising insights into the Ten Plagues, uncover hidden layers in familiar passages, and ask the kinds of questions that make the Seder table sparkle. This isn’t a lecture—it’s a conversation, a rediscovery, and a chance to experience Pesach with curiosity and joy. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, lifelong learner, or just looking to add meaning and fun to your Yom Tov, this class will give you insights that resonate across generations—and reminders of why the Haggadah never gets old.

(For those who participate in BT in the AM classes, the lunch and learn will commence right after BT in the AM)

BT in the AM participants: $36 for the entire series, or $15 per session

More about Rabbi Shlomo: Rabbi Shlomo Horwitz has over 25 years of experience in Jewish education and outreach for both adults and children, getting his start by working with street kids in a Tel Aviv slum during the Second Lebanon War. A product of Yeshivat Sha'alvim in Israel and a musmach of Yeshivat Ner Yisrael in Baltimore, Shlomo is a CPA and works full-time as a senior finance executive for a healthcare company. He also conducts a daily Talmud class in Baltimore, plays lead guitar and loves kayaking.
