Warriors Sweep Sabers in Boys Varsity Hoops

Earlier in the season, Beth Tfiloh traveled to the Eastern Shore and dealt Saints Peter and Paul their first (and thus far only) conference loss of the season.  On Thursday night, the Sabres tried to return the favor, but the Warriors had their sights set on a season sweep and on a shot at a home playoff game.  Beth Tfiloh dominated the 1st quarter, not allowing a single field goal, and led 11-1 at the end of the period.  The Sabres closed the gap to 5 at the half, trailing 20-15.  The Warriors still led 31-25 heading into the 4th quarter, but Saints Peter & Paul clawed back and tied the score before the Warriors closed out the game on a 12-5 run to seal the 44-37 win.
