Parents Learn to Make Time for Mindfulness

Parenting demands the ability to multitask and balance while modeling healthy ways of being and thinking. Mindfulness – the practice of purposeful monotasking — is a proactive technique to achieve that balance.

Nearly 50 parents and grandparents learned about the benefits of mindfulness for themselves and their families with BT Lower School Counselor Mrs. Elana Weissman, MSW at Friday's workshop, "Making Time for Mindfulness in our Multitasking World."
