Whitelist Instructions

If you are having trouble receiving emails from Beth Tfiloh most likely the problem is that it is being filtered as SPAM by your email server. To avoid issues with email SPAM filters, we suggest "whitelisting" Beth Tfiloh's emails. Whitelisting means you are telling your email server that Beth Tfiloh is part of your safe senders.

Please follow the instructions provided below to add us to your safe sender list.

Gmail
1. Open Gmail and log into your account.
2. Click on the gear in the top right hand corner and select "See all settings from the menu.
3. Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the top menu.
4. Select "Create a new filter."
5. Add bethtfiloh@myschoolemails.com to the "From" field.
6. Click "Create filter."
7. Check "Never sent it to Spam" in the checkbox.
8. Click "Create filter."
9. Repeat steps 1-8 and use bethtfiloh@myschoolapp.com for step 5.

Verizon
- Log into your Verizon account.
- Select "Option."
- Select "Block Senders."
- In the "Safe List" enter bethtfiloh@myschoolemails.com and bethtfiloh@myschoolapp.com and click "Ok."
Comcast
1. Log into your Comcast/Xfinity account.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
3. Click "Email Settings."
4. On the left menu, under "Mail", choose "Advanced Settings".
5. On the Advanced Settings page, "check the box" next to "Use email safe list."
6. Click "Add an email address."
7. Enter bethtfiloh@myschoolemails.com and click "Add."
8. Click "Add an email address" and add bethtfiloh@myschoolapp.com
Outlook/Hotmail/MSN
1. Open Outlook and log into your account.
2. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook setting."
3. Select "Mail" from the settings menu.
4. Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.
5. Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."
6. Enter bethtfiloh@myschoolemails.com then press "return."
7. Choose "Save."
8. Repeat steps 1-7 using bethtfiloh@myschoolapp.com for step 6.

Yahoo
1. Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
2. Navigate to "Settings" then click "More Settings."
3. Select "Filters" and hit "Add."
4. Name the filter and add bethtfiloh@myschoolemails.com
5. Select to send all mail to "Inbox."
6. Save your settings.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 using bethtfiloh@myschoolapp.com for step 4.
AOL

Our email servers are unable to send email to AOL. We suggest using a different email provider.
